Step 1: Evaluation
MetroLab evaluates eligible electronic test and measurement equipment by manufacturer, model, condition, reported symptoms and parts availability. Common issues may include incorrect or unstable readings, failure to power up, display problems, damaged connectors, failed measurement functions and internal electronic faults.
Step 2: Repair
When repair is practical, MetroLab will explain the proposed work so the customer can compare repair with replacement. Repair capability and cost depend on the instrument and failure; no outcome or turnaround is guaranteed before evaluation.
Step 3: Calibration
When applicable, MetroLab can perform calibration after repair to evaluate measurement performance before the instrument returns to service. A2LA-accredited calibration is available only where the requested measurement and range fall within MetroLab’s current accredited scope.
